To ensure flexibility and accurate pricing, we will provide a quotation to every customer, however, some example pricing is provided below.

Turn-Key Package

Includes everything:

- Website design, creation, upload, storage and hosting

- Obtaining the domain of your choice (e.g. yourwidgets.com)

- Setting up multiple email addresses, either by redirecting to existing email addresses or creating new POP3 email boxes.

- Minor monthly maintenance (mainly simple changes in text or photos that are occasionally needed. Significant changes requiring more work, e.g. adding pages, changing graphics, would be billed hourly at our reasonable rate).

The initial billing will include the design fee, first 6 months of hosting and the domain registration fee as selected by the customer.

Ala Carte Services

Hosting

$19.99 per month, includes up to 10 email addresses.

Hourly Work

Our hourly rate for additional work is $35/hr when working on websites we created, $50/hr in all other cases.

Domains

$15/year

At Prominence, we will register and maintain your domain with the industry's leading registrar. What we pay the registrar for your domain is what you pay us, no additional charges. Your domain will then be yours to do with what you please, even if that means moving it to another hosting company.*

If you have decided on a domain name but have not decided on a design/hosting company, we encourage you to act ASAP to acquire your domain before someone else does. We will assist you in this with no obligation whatsoever for you to use our services.

WARNING
A word to the wise regarding "free" domains: as usual, you get what you pay for. Too often, customers don't realize that they never really owned a "free" domain until they try to take it with them to a new hosting company and find out they can't. They're either prisoners or they have to get a new domain. Ouch.

*if a domain is removed from our caretaking, no partial refunds will be given for fees paid


Billing 

After an initial payment that includes 6 months of hosting, hosting/maintenance services will be billed quarterly in advance.

Customers have the option of either a mailed invoice or an emailed invoice.
